The Lithuanian Government warns: the killing of Kaliningrad will be briefed ministers of the European Union 
The criminals continue to harass businesses in our area. August 8, in the entrance of his house on the street Gaidar in Kaliningrad was attacked by the general director of construction company «Roslitstroy» Alexander Semkin. 
He died instantly from multiple stab wounds. This company is linked another loud event: 18 April this year, disappeared one of its co-founders, former Director General of Stanislavas Yutsyus, a citizen of Lithuania.

The representative of Lithuania said that developments in the field do not allow the citizens of Lithuania to feel safe, hurt business activity, security of investments and the business environment. 
He also said that if the investigation would not move and will not be taken to ensure the business environment in the Kaliningrad Region, Lithuania will be forced to raise these issues during the short informal meeting of Foreign Ministers of the European Union and the summit of the EU - Russia.
